Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel the services you have enrolled in, you may do so within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email .
If the cancellation request is received within the 7-day window, we will cancel your services and initiate a refund for the unused portion as applicable (see Refund Policy below).
After the 7-day period, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the refund policy terms will apply.
Refund Policy
At APEX TECH IT, we are committed to delivering value through our comprehensive service offerings. If we are unable to help you secure a full-time job within 120 business working days from the date your profile marketing officially begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

The 120 business days count begins on the official date your profile marketing starts (we will notify you via email on this date).
If no job placement is secured within this period, you may request a refund of the remaining balance after deducting the value of services already rendered.
Refund Calculations:
Refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of:
Resume preparation
Technical skill brush-up sessions
Profile marketing services conducted up to that point
Interview preparation sessions (if provided)
The refund amount will be calculated and shared with you for transparency before processing.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
Final Notes
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
