1. Service Commitment:Once a candidate enrolls with Apex Tech IT, the process of profile evaluation, enhancement, and marketing to potential employers is initiated. This may include resume optimization, interview preparation, and active job placement support.

2. Payment Obligation:By proceeding with the services, the candidate agrees that:
Once profile marketing has commenced, the service is considered active.
If the candidate secures a job with the support, guidance, or resources provided by Apex Tech IT, the candidate is obligated to pay the full agreed service fee.

3. Agreement Terms:The total payable amount shall be as per the mutually agreed plan shared prior to the commencement of services.
Payment terms (upfront, installments, or post-placement) will be clearly defined and must be honored by the candidate.

4. Non-Payment Clause:Failure by the candidate to complete the agreed payment after successful placement may result in:

Legal action as per applicable laws
Restriction from future services
Reporting of the breach as per the contractual agreement

5. Transparency & Acceptance:All candidates are advised to review the payment plan and terms carefully before enrolling.
By continuing with the services, the candidate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Apex Tech-IT, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Apex Tech-IT and is protected by copyright laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
