This document outlines our policy on the delivery (“shipping”) of our services and the exchange of service components where applicable.
Nature of Our Services
All services offered by APEX TECH IT are digital and delivered remotely. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods. Therefore, traditional shipping terms such as delivery charges, couriers, or returns do not apply.
Services are provided online through:

Virtual meetings and coaching
Resume editing platforms
Online candidate profile distribution
Messaging and scheduling tools
Service Fulfillment (“Shipping”)
How We Deliver Services:
Upon enrollment and initial payment, we begin your onboarding and resume preparation.
Services are delivered in phases, depending on the package selected.
Candidates will receive notifications by email upon the start of each service component.
Estimated Timelines:
Resume & Profile Services: Within 5–7 business days of enrollment.
Technical Brush-up Sessions: Scheduled within 10 business days.
Profile Marketing & Interview Prep: Begin after resume finalization and readiness confirmation.
We aim to provide all services in a timely and transparent manner. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated in advance.
Exchange & Service Adjustments
As our services are personalized and non-transferable, exchanges (in the traditional sense) are not applicable. However, we offer flexibility in the following ways:
You may request:
Revision or correction of resume drafts or profile content within 3 business days of delivery.
Rescheduling of sessions (technical or interview prep) with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Service adjustments to accommodate reasonable personal or professional circumstances, subject to approval.
We do not allow transferring your purchased services to another individual.
Payment Terms
Some service components require upfront payment.
Remaining charges are due only after a job offer is secured, as agreed upon in your onboarding contract.
All payment stages and deliverables will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
